I joined CyberStream as Principal Consultant for Cyber Security in the beginning of 2018 and bring about 4 years of experience in technical recruitment within the US market.
After several years in sales, I was approached by an external recruitment agency, in 2014, for a client’s search. And though the initial opportunity went nowhere I did have an offer to join that same agency’s technical recruitment team, and the rest is history.
I have a successful track record for completing various searches across my technical remit, with the majority of my success and expertise being within three key areas of Information & Security; Information Assurance; Network & Application Security; and Vulnerability and Threat Management.
It’s such a fascinating nuanced technical market to operate within as it blends your adaptability and sales acumen with a quickly shifting and ever-evolving marketplace. It makes the challenges that much more exciting and the successes that much sweeter.
I have seen first-hand the value a good talent acquisition and recruitment strategy can do for a firm. And I’m most interested in taking the amalgamation of my experiences to re-tool the way 21st century organizations acquire, retain, and maximize investment in their human capital.
