About the APAC Regional Director:


Leading a team of 30 across APAC, you will be responsible for achieving Pre-Sales revenue Targets, in collaboration with the Sales leaders / Professional Services team, and maximizing Customer Success through successful implementation, renewals/upsell and satisfaction levels.


Responsibilities:


·        Exhibit exceptional collaborative capabilities to deliver world-class Solutions to Enterprise customers. This will include the local Sales and Professional Services teams, together with Global support

·        Partner with other Global Directors to ensure a cohesive strategy and service is delivered to MNC customers

·        Ensure customer success is achieved metrics and effective reporting

·        Achieve consistency in Sales Engineering and Customer Success processes

·        Deploy Sales Engineering and SME resources efficiently


Experience:


·        10+ Years of Experience in a leadership role for Sales Engineering, Professional Services or Customer Success in a Cybersecurity Vendor

·        Excellent business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to increase revenue and support the Sales team effectively

·        Strong technical knowledge in securing the SDLC and / or DevSecOps, with a technical background in coding being advantageous

·        Proven capability to drive complex Sales to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

·        Program Management skills

·        MBA is desirable
