This organization holds one of the most advanced cybersecurity Industrial Controls Systems (ICS & SCADA) technical solutions currently in the market and is growing rapidly across North America servicing energy, utilities and heavy industrial domains. Having recently received significant series B funding they are looking to continue their expansion by strengthening their post-sales, customer success capabilities.
A customer success engineer is required to join their Northeast Territory (Greater Boston) to help provide a depth of technical support, post product deployment solution architecture and client satisfaction (including continuous monitoring of their operational threat platform).
You will be the critical link between product, sales & threat intelligence services to ensure the product is onboarded efficiently, best practice/ process is created and adhered to and technical support provided.
The successful applicant will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of the product environment across the client base in North America (1 x monthly travel expected).
It is expected those applying should have:
- A strong background in technical support/ customer success/ solution architecture (for vendor products) of over 5 years.
- Experience in product deployment, integration or security SaaS product maintenance
- Experience with either Network Security, Networking, Packet Capture, Packet Analysis or ICS/ SCADA cybersecurity
- Experience in a client facing, customer success role.
