About the Customer Success Manager- ANZ:
Using your outstanding relationship building skills, you will be responsible for ensuring customers are onboarded successfully, renewal targets are attained and upsell opportunities.
* Successfully manage Customer loyalty and retention programs
* Ensure that Customer Satisfaction metrics are monitored effectively and that issues are addressed effectively
* Collaborate with the Technical Support team to manage escalations
* Continuously promote ideas for innovation within the team and the wider business
* Maintain an awareness of the latest industry trends and analyse competitors within the Application Security market
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Renewals, Business Development or Sales professionals within a Software Vendor.
* Outstanding organisation and presentation skills
* Technical Degree or background in Software Engineering and / or Cybersecurity would be advantageous
