Director of Engineering/Technical Lead - Growth Cloud GRC Automation Series A Start-Up - Remote

Hyper Growth Series A Firm with strong recent funding which has an enterprise cloud security solution which uses automation and GRC, a great opportunity for a Director of Engineering/Technical Lead to come on as a hands on technical leader with a fast track to VP of Engineering.

Brief overview :

● Build, retain and lead a world-class product development team through coaching,

mentorship, and technical guidance.

● Work closely with the Product team and other departments to help scale our product

development operations to meet our product needs.

● Implement efficiencies and structure in engineering processes and standards to drive

consistent delivery of quality development.

● Prioritize software development needs including design, development, and documenting

and testing new and existing features.

● Advocate/lead best practices for performance, reliability, scalability, security, and

reusability.

● Communicate with the management team and translate business needs into technical specifications and requirements.
