About the Head of Customer Success - APAC:
Utilising your experience of Team Management and mentorship skills, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers, whose responsibility it is to ensure customers are onboarded successfully, renewal targets are attained and upsell opportunities are maximised.
* Devise and implement Customer loyalty and retention programs
* Ensure that Customer Satisfaction metrics are monitored effectively and that issues are addressed effectively
* Collaborate with the Technical Support team to manage escalations
* Continuously promote ideas for innovation within the team and the wider business
* Maintain an awareness of the latest industry trends and analyse competitors within the Application Security market
* Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a team of Customer Success, Renewals, Business Development or Sales professionals within a Software Vendor.
* Outstanding organisation and presentation skills
* Technical Degree or background in Software Engineering and / or Cybersecurity would be advantageous
