About the Account Manager:
You will be responsible for increasing revenue in existing BFSI accounts and hunting new logos within the BFSI sector. Through your excellent relationship management skills and ability to articulate the value proposition of complex Cyber Security solutions effectively to technical and non-technical leaders, up to C-level, you will be able to successfully achieve your Sales quote.
· Improve and maintain relationships with major Banking customers
· Articulate the value proposition to key stakeholders
· Perform operational duties including the coordination of support and professional services to maximise customer success
· Deliver excellent customer service
· Achieve both operational and financial target
· Provide feedback to Product and Services teams based on customer feedback
· Bachelors Degree
· Minimum 5 years of experience selling to the BFSI sector, with 3 years of experience selling Cyber Security solutions, preferably Threat Intelligence and/or Managed Security Services
· Ability to define and manage SLA and SoW
· Ability to develop and grow relationships
· Excellent communication skills
