About the Regional Sales Director
Leading a team of experienced Sales professionals based in Australia and Japan, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in ANZ, Japan and Korea. This will require a solution selling, consultative Sales approach and the implementation of a sophisticated strategy to achieve your goals.
Responsibilities
· In collaboration with the Managing Director and other key stakeholders, devise and implement a sales strategy to achieve Software and Professional Services sales targets
· Establish and maintain customer relationships at C-Level
· Ensure effective and strategic deployment of Professional Services Resources
· Develop and improve research analysis techniques that your Sales team will use to meet prospective customer business needs
· Use Business Analysis tools to track revenue trends, analyse competitors and target sales activities
Experience Required
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Proven sales track record in ANZ and Japan, Korea experience is beneficial
· Sales experience of SaaS solutions and / or Professional Services to FSI and MNC Accounts
· Deep knowledge of Cybercrime Prevention/ anti-fraud / AML and Identity solutioning to address business challenges and opportunities
· Excellent communication skills with Oral Japanese language skills a significant advantage
