About the Regional Sales Engineer

Responsible for providing sales support to promote the company’s products and services. Your confident, persuasive manner, will enable you to perform effective presentations, demonstrate product advantages and respond to complex technical questions.


• Develop, present and respond to proposals including industry-specific solutions and RFP

• Perform feasibility analysis and devise solutions with the product team to plan and modify product configuration

• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical customers

• Perform initial testing of new product releases

• Work closely with the engineering team to communicate customer requirements

• Provide technical and non-technical support and service to customers

• Configure internal and external environments for validating software releases

• Use tracking tools to report defects or enhancements

• Travel to customer sites in ASEAN & South Korea

Desirable Skills / Experience:

• Knowledge and experience of SIEM, Threat Intelligence Platforms

• Expertise in SDLC, Linux Server (AWS) or Windows (Azure) servers

• Java programming knowledge for application integration

• Memory tuning for database/server configurations

• Network protocols such as HTTPS

• Application Servers (e.g. Apache Tomcat)

• Hadoop
