Installation, configuration, and full deployment of the platform
Tier3 Support providing in-depth investigations and troubleshooting
Training on software platform through a remote or on-site function
Cyber Security experience in EDR or similar technology sectors (3+ years minimum)
Background in working a client-facing role handling bug fixing/troubleshooting
Knowledge of Networking protocols & Networking tools (TCP/IP, Ports, Wireshark, Telnet, Netstat, etc..)
